This is the tower that made our name. A 62 lb frame of 2 mm steel stands on a 39.7 inch H base with eight rubber feet, so pull-ups, dips and leg raises feel planted instead of springy.
Pull-up bar on top, dip handles in the middle, push-up grips on the floor: the whole upper body trains inside the same 41 by 40 inch square.

Short 34 inch bases lean forward when you swing into a knee raise. Ours runs 39.7 inches and puts the load points further out, which is why this tower stays still when the rep gets messy.

Six pin heights and seven back pad holes take a minute to change. A teenager and a 6'5" lifter can share the tower without a toolbox.

Good quality
Good quality for the price. Assembly was a snap, and all parts fit together perfectly. Very stable.

However the instructions are hard to understand. Meaning that yes it labels some of the screw parts you use within each step but not how many and the screw needed in the picture is so small that it is hard to see what direction it goes. On top of that just step 1 and step…
Great addition to my home gym
I’m really happy with this pull-up and dip station. It feels sturdy and well made, and it’s been great for working out at home. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and it doesn’t take up as much space as I expected. Definitely a good addition to my home gym!
