Call a timeout: write to our desk

Questions about which tower fits your ceiling, which plates match your bar or which part fits your frame land with our product desk. We answer on business days, usually within one to two days.

Orders, deliveries and warranty claims

Your order lives with the partner store you bought from. Tracking, delivery changes, returns and warranty replacements go through the order page of that store, where your order number and history are kept.

What helps us answer faster

1. The model name or code printed on your frame (for example PT2 or RK1).
2. Your ceiling height or floor space if the question is about fit.
3. A photo if the question is about a part or an assembly step.
