One machine, the full body

Our home gym stations are built around a 150 lbs selectorized weight stack. Move the pin and the load changes in seconds, which makes them the easiest machines in our lineup for guided strength training and for households where several people train at different weights.

Each station combines a high pulley for LAT pulldowns, a low pulley for rows and curls, a chest press and fly arm, and a leg developer; the leg press versions add a sled for heavier lower-body work. Leave space around the frame for the pulley cables and check the assembled height against your ceiling.

Questions about Sportsroyals home gym stations

Quick answer

A whole training floor in one frame: weight stack, pulleys, press arms and a leg station. Plug in a pin and train.

How much space does a home gym station need?

Plan for the footprint listed on each page plus about two feet around the frame for the cables and your body. Most stations stand just under 7 feet tall.

Can I add weight beyond the stack?

The stack is the load source. For heavier leg work, choose the leg press version, which uses the stack through a longer lever.
