The cage that turns a garage into a weight room for the price of a bench. 50 mm square steel, 1200 lbs rated, a pulley system for pulldowns and rows, and enough storage pegs to get the plates off the floor.
J-hooks and safety bars for solo squats and bench press, a top pulley for pulldowns and a low pulley for rows.

Six plate posts, six handle hooks and a barbell holder keep the training area clear, and rubber pads protect the safeties.

The cage ships in two boxes that can arrive on different days. Wait for both before you start assembly with two or three people.
Honest review from a muscle mom
I give this product 5 stars for the following pros/ cons. I will start by saying I’m a 5’8 and 155lb muscle mom, my husband is 6’4 and 200lbs. I will use us both for reference. Please do you research before you buy. I add my list here of things to hopefully help give more information from someone who’s used it Daily for 5 months now. PROS 1. Squat rack options work great for me but it is a tight area inside so if your bigger you will…
Affordably priced rack that will keep you safe and give you a few extras.
For the price I paid, this power rack is great quality. The assembly was enjoyable. The accessories and equipment are what I remember needing for a decent workout at my high school gym - and then more. The whole power rack is pretty solid. I don't doubt it can hold the 300 to 500 lbs. that I need it to, since I am just getting back into lifting. I do think there could be more stability side-to-side, but it is nothing I am worried…
Great Value for the Money
I switched from a Rogue Fitness wall mounted folding rack in my garage and wanted to move into the basement with something freestanding. I read the reviews of this rack and decided to give it a try. Here are my impressions upon unboxing: 1. Packaging - came in three boxes which were pretty heavy. I was able to move them myself but help would definitely make the job easier because of the length of the two bigger boxes. All equipment…
Good for value, even with the concerns, it is so worth it
It’s great for the price point. Instructions aren’t too hard to follow. The quality is reasonable due to the price. I wish it was a tiny bit taller but I’m 6’1 and can still make it work. There is a little wobble with the bar dips. Probably will put a piece of rubber in there tbh. I don’t know if I can trust the weight holders but so far they’re holding with 3 plates. The Olympic bar holder is in the way of the lower right weight plate…
